As a certified postpartum doula, my goal is to create a warm, nurturing environment where your family can rest, recover, and bond after the arrival of your baby. I offer emotional and practical support to help you heal from childbirth and adjust to life with a newborn.
My care includes evidence-based guidance on newborn care, sleep and soothing techniques, infant development, and establishing healthy feeding habits—no matter how you choose to feed your baby. As a Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I also provide specialized breastfeeding support as part of my doula services.
I support the entire family—partners, siblings, and anyone involved in baby’s care—with gentle, judgment-free guidance and suggestions to help everyone adjust and connect. I also have experience supporting families with children with special needs.
In-home support is flexible and tailored to your needs. A session might include:
Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
Newborn care education and reassurance
Caring for your baby while you rest or shower
Light household tasks like baby laundry or dishes
Playing with older children so you can bond with your newborn
Accompanying you on outings—like walks, errands, or nursing in public—to help you feel more confident
Whatever support looks like for you, I’m here to help ease the transition and nurture confidence as you step into this new chapter.
