I am a Madriella certified postpartum doula, and an ALPP certified lactation counselor. My focus is on nurturing mothers and parents during the early postpartum period, offering support tailored to each family's unique needs. I understand the challenges of the early days of motherhood and how overwhelming the hormonal and emotional changes can be. I offer personalized care tailored to your needs, whether you're a single mother, a couple, or welcoming your first baby—or your fifth! Postpartum doula care includes offering physical and emotional support to help the mother rest and recover after delivery, providing guidance on newborn care and feeding, and assisting with light household chores to make this transition smoother. I specialize in breastfeeding counseling and management and my goal is to help parents establish healthy infant feeding habits—regardless of how you choose to feed your baby.
